What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role and the message you write. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means preparing your Buyer Map and talking with you about it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. Only the people at Meetings Group who are handling your request can see them.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, to correct it or to delete it. Write to gracie.watts@meetingsgroup.co or use the contact form, and we will act on it. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
